Note: If you're not registered with a Performance Rights Organization (PRO), TheCulture1059.com will collect and distribute your royalties, minus a 10% administrative fee.

Artist Submission & Broadcast Release Agreement

By submitting this form, you confirm:

You own or control all rights to the submitted original track.
You grant Omnipresentlive LLC, Culture1059 Podcast & Radio a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to broadcast and promote your track.
You grant permission to include your track on the "No Label" Compilation Album (July 2025) and on official YouTube playlists.
You retain full ownership of your music.
If not registered with a PRO, Culture1059/Omnipresentlive LLC will collect and distribute your royalties minus a 10% admin fee.
This submission does not create a label deal or exclusive contract.
